My firm belief is to teach to diversity and treat each student as an individual. Students deserve an equal opportunity to develop their knowledge, skills and values to achieve their full potential. In the 21st century classroom it is my belief that teaching goes far beyond the classroom walls and that students need to be involved in their learning. By implementing different technologies and incorporating global and real world learning, I believe that students will be able to discover themselves. This teaching approach utilizes the world around them and helps them acquire rich and meaningful learning.
