This inquiry project challenged me to find a skill I have always wanted to learn, and learn it. I chose to learn to make perogies with my Grandma. This is always somethig I have wanted to learn becuase it is a big part of my heritage! This project taught me that making perogies is anything but easy, very time consuming, and you have to have a proper technique in order for your perogies to actually look like perogies! I loved that this project challenged me in a way I have not been challenged before and I am so happy that I finally know how to mkae perogies!
