At the end of October 2015, I presented at my first ever IGNITE session! If you are not familiar with the way IGNITE sessions work, it is a fast paced presentation that consists of 20 PowerPoint slides that auto advance every 15 seconds. During my presentation, I discussed the importance of real world learning and how I believe it has already helped my students in the classroom! I tied everything back to a part of my favourite Benjamin Franklin quote "involve me and I learn".
